Rad-Tec Inc. was established in 1982 as a female owned business to serve the Machining, Tooling and Automotive Industries. Specializing in the fields of welding, metal stampings, assemblies and material handling equipment, they have done extensive work in the areas of arc welding, plasma cutting, spot welding and major fabrications. It couples these mechanisms with mold making, injection molding, material science product development and precision CNC Machining. Some of their customers include General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Chrysler Corporation, IBM Computing and Samsung.

In 1992 Rad-Tec moved its operations to Texas to help reduce waste build-up & to continue providing consumers with outstanding products with superior quality & reliability.

Rad-Tec Inc. has developed tire shredding and pulverizing equipment to create end-products containing 80%-90-% recycled materials. The processes used to create products from recycled materials are CNC Machining, Stamping, material handling with mold making, and material science product development. They are one of the only establishments capable of processing raw tires into crumb rubber and who are capable of generating products from materials that would otherwise deface our cities.
